Located on the promenade, and at just one hundred metres from Hastings pier, it s ideally situated for fun filled family holidays, relaxing long weekends, and business travellers to the region.

Easy to get to and from, from anywhere in the country, or further afield, Seaspray is just ten minutes walk from the mainline railway station in Hastings. The coach and bus stations are also close at hand. A leisurely five-minute stroll will take you into Hastings or St Leonard's-on-Sea, and in fifteen minutes you can be in Hastings Old Town.

Seaspray has enviable views of the coast and the English Channel, which most of the delightful guest rooms in this charming Victorian House enjoy. There are ten spacious and comfortable guest rooms in the bed and breakfast, and guests can choose from a family room, six double or twin rooms, and three single rooms.

Breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room, between eight and nine in the morning. Guests have a mouth-watering menu to choose from, which includes: a full English breakfast, consisting of sausages, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs to order, fried bread and baked beans; a vegetarian cooked breakfast of Quorn rashers, veggie sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs to order, fried bread and baked beans; porridge, kippers, omelettes, a fresh fruit plate boiled eggs, yogurt, prunes, grapefruit, cereals, croissants, toast, fruit juice, and a selection of hot beverages are also available.
