The Senlac offers 12 stylish guest rooms and 2 luxury self catering apartments. It is perfectly positioned only a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Hastings town centre, excellent restaurants, trendy bars, traditional pubs and Hastings train and coach station. A short stroll will bring you to the beach and vibrant old town of Hastings with its famous fishing beach, boutiques, book shops and cafes.

With just 12 rooms the Senlac is small enough to be cosy and intimate whilst still offering the quality and service you would expect in a large hotel.

All of the 12 rooms are stylishly decorated and guests can choose single, double, twin or family rooms. There is also a choice of rooms with ensuite facilities or standard rooms with shared bathroom depending on your budget.
The Senlac is renowned for its extensive breakfast menu and you can choose a Full English, Continental, 3 Egg Omelette, Vegetarian, Vegan breakfast and there is also a Weigh Watcher breakfast which is only 4½ points for those watching their weight.

Each room has a flat screen television with built in Freeview and DVD player, free wireless Internet, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, iPod docking station and tea/coffee making facilities with luxury biscuits. GHD hair straighteners are also available on request.
All rooms are available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival ensuring that every guest can make the most of their stay. The Senlac also offers two bicycles which are available to hire free of charge to all guests (Unfortunately no insurance is provided with the bicycles).

The Senlac also offers 2 luxury self-catering holiday apartments which are perfect for extended stays or family accommodation. Both apartments are located next door to the guesthouse and can be reserved for nightly, weekly or monthly stays depending on availability.
Each apartment can sleeps 2 - 5 guests and both are equipped with flat screen televisions with built in Freeview and DVD player (DVD Library available), free wireless internet, tea/coffee, luxury biscuits, modern bathroom with complimentary shampoo and shower gel, fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge, iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Both apartments are serviced for arrival and equipped with bedding and towels.
