This superb Grade two listed Georgian guest accommodation is situated in the very heart of Hastings Old Town, and is located in an old coaching inn, which has been carefully modernised to retain the character of this lovely old building, yet complimenting it with all the contemporary features of a luxury boutique hotel.

Guests have a choice of three delicious bedrooms for their stay at the Laindons. Each one features a luxurious en-suite, complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, flat screen TV's and DVD players, Egyptian cotton bed linen, complimentary toiletries by The White Company, bathrobes and fluffy towels.

Room One, has lovely panoramic views out over Hastings Old Town, and a fabulous king size leather sleigh bed and chaise longue to recline on: The en-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle and a large corner bath.

Room Two has views over Hastings Old Town High Street, and is bright and airy, with a super king size bed, and sash windows: This room can also be configured as a twin room, should guests require single beds. The en-suite has a shower, toilet and basin.

Room Three has an imposing contemporary style four-poster bed, and an original fireplace. With large sash windows from which you can take in the view of Hastings Old Town High Street, the room has a light, spacious, and relaxed feel: The en-suite has a shower, toilet and basin.

Breakfast is a veritable feast for the senses, with not only delicious food, but equally tasty surroundings. Choose from a full English breakfast, Continental breakfast, Kippers and roast balsamic tomatoes, cereals, fresh fruit, toast, and lashings of freshly brewed tea, and piping hot coffee.

The guest sitting room is attractively decorated in a contemporary theme, as is the rest of the house, and has a charming and tranquil atmosphere. Guests may watch the multi-channel TV, or just enjoy the view.

While no private parking facilities are available at The Laindons, guests can purchase residents parking permits from their hosts, which gives access to local parking bays. Pets are not permitted in the bed and breakfast, as the owners have two dogs.
